Human CTSL produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 339 amino acids (18-333 AA) and having a molecular mass of 38.3kDa. CTSL is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
