General Description of Recombinant Human Esterase D. | |
Human Esterase-D fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 302 amino acids (1-282 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 33.6kDa. The Esterase-D is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
