| FLRT3 produced in Sf9 insect cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 508 amino acids (29-528AA ) and having a molecular mass of 57.6kDa. (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 70-100kDa). FLRT3 is expressed with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
