| Mouse FOLH1 produced in in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 717 amino acids (45-752AA) and having a molecular mass of 80.5kDa (Migrates at 70-100kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). FOLH1 is fused to a 6 amino acid His-tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
