| Human FZD4 produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 428 amino acids (37-222 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 48.3kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 50-70kDa). FZD4 is expressed with a 239 amino acids hIgG-His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
