General Description of Recombinant Human GIPC1. | |
Human GIPC1 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 353 amino acids (1-333 AA) and having a molecular mass of 38.2kDa. The GIPC1 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
