General Description of Recombinant Human GLTPD1. | |
Human GLTPD1 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 237 amino acids (1-214 AA) and having a molecular mass of 26.8kDa. GLTPD1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
