General Description of Recombinant Human GNAQ. | |
Human GNAQ produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 382 amino acids (1-359 AA) and having a molecular mass of 44.5kDa. GNAQ is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
