General Description of Recombinant Human GNAZ. | |
Human GNAZ produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 375 amino acids (1-355) and having a molecular mass of 43.0 kDa. GNAZ is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
