General Description of Recombinant Human HDHD1. | |
Human HDHD1 fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 248 amino acids (1-228 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 27.4kDa. The HDHD1 is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
