| Human HGF-A produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 463 amino acids fragment (32-494) having a total molecular weight of 57.8kDa. The HGF-A is fused with a 4.5kDa amino-terminal hexahistidine tag. The HGF-A is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
