Human HS3ST1 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 310 amino acids (21-307 AA) and having a molecular mass of 36.2kDa. HS3ST1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
