| Mouse IGFBP6 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 221 amino acids (26-238 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 23.7kDa (Migrates at 28-40kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). IGFBP6 is expressed with a 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
