Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 220 amino acids (22-235 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 25.2kDa (Migrates at 28-40kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). IL10RA is fused to a 6 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
