General Description of Recombinant Human IL13RA1. | |
Human IL13RA1 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 328 amino acids (22-343 AA) and having a molecular mass of 37.7kDa (Migrates at 40-57kDa on SDSPAGE under reducing conditions). IL13RA1 is fused to a 6 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
