| Human IL13RA2 produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 559 amino acids (27-343 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 64.3kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 70-100kDa). IL13RA2 is expressed with a 239 amino acid hIgG-His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
