| IL18RAP produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 576 amino acids (20-356 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 65.4kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 70-100kDa). IL18RAP is expressed with an 239 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
