| Mouse IL5RA produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 330 amino acids (18-339AA ) and having a molecular mass of 37.8kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 40-57kDa). IL5RA is expressed with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
