Human LYVE1 produced in insect cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 229 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 24.8 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the LYVE1 migrates on SDS-PAGE at approximately 50 kDa. |
