Human M6PR produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 182 amino acids (27-185) and having a molecular mass of 20.3kDa. M6PR is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
