Human MAD2L1BP produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 298 amino acids (1-274 AA) and having a molecular mass of 33.6kDa (Molecular weight on SDS-PAGE will appear higher). MAD2L1BP is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
