Human MAGEA4 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 337 amino acids (1-317 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 37 kDa. The MAGEA4 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
