| Human MECR produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 341 amino acids (54-373 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 49.8 kDa. The MECR is fused to 21 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
