General Description of Recombinant Human MINA. | |
Human MINA produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 485 amino acids (1-465 AA) and having a molecular mass of 54.9kDa. MINA is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
