Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 308 amino acids (1-288 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 34.4kDa (Molecular weight on SDS-PAGE will appear higher). MORF4L2 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
