General Description of Recombinant Human MTPN. | |
Human MTPN produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 138 amino acids (1-118 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 15 kDa. The MTPN is fused to 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
