| Human NCF1 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 398 amino acids (1-390 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 45.7 kDa. The NCF1 is fused to an 8 amino acid His-Tag at C-terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
