| NPL produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 340 amino acids (1-320 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 37.3kDa. NPL is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
