General Description of Recombinant Human NQO1. | |
Human NQO1 fused with a 20 amino acids His tag at N-terminus produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 294 amino acids (1-274 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 33kDa. The NQO1 is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
