| Rat NRP1 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 842 amino acids (22-855 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 94.8kDa (Migrates at 100-150kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). NRP1 is expressed with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
