General Description of Recombinant Human NUDT9. | |
NUDT9 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 325 amino acids (47-350 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 36.5kDa (molecular weight on SDS-PAGE will appear higher). NUDT9 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
