General Description of Recombinant Human PDIA3. | |
Human PDIA3 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 518 amino acids (25-505 AA ) and having a molecular weight of 58.5 kDa. The PDIA3 is fused to 37 AA His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
