| Mouse PRSS22 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 283 amino acids (33-307) and having a molecular mass of 31.1kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 28-40kDa). PRSS22 is fused to 8 amino acid His-Tag at C-terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
