| Mouse PRSS28 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 256 amino acids (27-274AA ) and having a molecular mass of 28.7kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 28-40kDa). PRSS28 is expressed with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
