General Description of Recombinant Human PSMB9. | |
PSMB9 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 220 amino acids (21-219 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 23.5kDa. PSMB9 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
