| RAB3D produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 239 amino acids (1-219 AA) and having a molecular mass of 26.4kDa (Molecular weight on SDS-PAGE will appear higher). RAB3D is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
