| Human RAET1E produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 437 amino acids (31-225 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 49.6kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 57-70kDa). RAET1E is expressed with a 239 amino acids IgG-His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
