| RSPO1 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 254 amino acids (21-265AA ) and having a molecular mass of 28.2kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 28-40kDa). RSPO1 is expressed with an 9 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
