Buffer: SHBG filtered solution at a concentration of 55.6µg/ml in certified FBS (Fetal Bovine Serum 5%).
Storage Conditions: Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

| Human SHBG produced in CHO cells is a single, glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing a total of 428 amino acids, having a molecular mass of 46.79kDa (calculated), the SHBG is fused to a 6 a. a C-terminal His tag and also includes a myc-epitope. The Human SHBG is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
