General Description of Recombinant Human SNAPC1. | |
Human SNAPC1 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 391 amino acids (1-368 AA) and having a molecular mass of 45.4kDa. SNAPC1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
