General Description of Recombinant Human TDP1. | |
Human TDP1 produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 318 amino acids (1-298) and having a molecular mass of 35.8kDa. TDP1 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
