General Description of Recombinant Human VAPB. | |
Human VAPB fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 242 amino acids (1-222 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 27.1kDa (molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear higher). The VAPB is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
