General Description of Recombinant Mouse AKR1B1.
Mouse AKR1B1 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 339 amino acids (1-316AA ) and having a molecular mass of 38.1kDa. AKR1B1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
