General Description of Recombinant Human AKR7A2.
Human AKR7A2 fused to a 39 amino acid His Tag at N-terminal produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 398 amino acids (1-359 AA) and having a molecular mass of 44 kDa. The AKR7A2 is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
