General Description of Recombinant Human ECHS1.
Human ECHS1 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 284 amino acids (28-290 AA) and having a molecular mass of 30.6kDa. ECHS1 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
