General Description of Recombinant Mouse ENO2.
Mouse ENO2 produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 457 amino acids (1-434) and having a molecular mass of 49.7kDa. ENO2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus& purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
