General Description of Recombinant Human FKBP2.
Human FKBP2 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 122 amino acids (22-142 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 13.4 kDa. The FKBP2 is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
