General Description of Recombinant Human FKBP6.
Human FKBP6 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 347 amino acids (1-327 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 39.3 kDa. FKBP6 protein is fused to a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus and is purified by standard chromatography.
