General Description of Recombinant Mouse GLO1.
Mouse GLO1 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 192 amino acids (1-184AA ) and having a molecular mass of 21.8kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 28-40kDa). GLO1 is expressed with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
