General Description of Recombinant Human GUSB.
Human GUSB produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 635 amino acids (23-651AA) and having a molecular mass of 73.4kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 70-100kDa). GUSB is fused to a 6 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
